Singapore trainee’s flexible training journey

Guess which country’s trainee is attending the training course today? The answer is Singapore. We started the learning process by setting up a comprehensive workplace tour so that trainee could completely comprehend and experience our training environment.

In the introduction section of the maintenance course, we elaborated on the course content provided by our company, which included ultrasound, ventilator, flexible endoscope, rigid endoscope, dynamic, cameras, surgical instruments and so on. 

When he initially embarked on the training phase, the trainee displayed a strong desire to learn, avidly listening to the lecturer's explanations, persistently asking probing questions, and diligently assimilating knowledge through careful note-taking. By personally disassembling and reassembling a flexible endoscope, the trainee attained a profound comprehension of its internal structure and working principles.

In order to introduce the business scope and maintenance training courses, which mostly included flexible endoscopes, rigid endoscopes and cameras, etc. we first scheduled a thorough and in-depth visit. They exhibited a keen fascination with flexible endoscope repair, expressing a profound curiosity to them.

Training of Flexible Endoscope Maintenance for Philippine Client

The advancement of technology has accelerated the operation of transporttion and shortened the distance between us and people from Anywhere.Enable more people who aspire to enhance their capabilities in the field of medical device maintenance to personally arrive at the site and experience immrsive training courses.

Recently, JDP have received two clients from the Philippines. We have conducted a training session on indepth exploration and maintenance guarantee of Fujinon flexible endoscopes.The manager led them to familiarize themselves with various medical equipment machines and the related maintenance tools involved fist,and then introduced which the training programs we offer ,it include ultrasound, ventilator, flexible endoscope, rigid endoscope, dynamic system, cameras system, surgical instruments,etc.

Before the training course began, the engineers introduced to the clients what the course would cover first , so that they could have an understanding of what they would learn in the coming week.The lead engineer provided a handson demonstration of the disassembly and reassembly processes. What are they get? Participants learned about the delicate optical systems, flexible tubing, and control mechanisms. The proper handling and cleaning procedure to prevent damage and ensure longevity was given to Special attention .

Using reallife case studies, our trainers guided them through a series of diagnostic exercises. They learned how to identify issues such as image distortion, light guide failures, and bending section malfunctions. Practical sessions allowed them to apply their knowledge in a controlled environment. They practiced replacing damaged parts, calibrating the optical systems, and performing routine maintenance tasks. All their doubts regarding the maintenance and repair of flexible endoscopes were cleared up and mastered the skills of maintenance and repair for a week of training. On their faces, satisfied smiles appeared.
